▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene micro-wafer involves (a) selecting natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material, and grinding into powder, (b) using chemical dissolving method, using more than 40 wt.% alcohol, soaking the graphite powder obtained in step (a), dissolving to obtain graphite-alcohol mixed suspension, (c) placing in ultrasonic instrument for ultrasonic treatment, (d) screen filtering the ultrasonic solution after cleaning, further cleaning the solid precipitate after filtering by alcohol of over 40%, and soaking and placing again in the device for ultrasonics, (e) continuously repeating the step (b) until the solid precipitation after cleaning is transparent, and (f) filtering precipitate finally obtained, cleaning and drying. USE - Preparation method of graphene micro-wafer. Uses include but are not limited to semiconductor industry, photovoltaic industry, lithium ion battery, aerospace, war industry, and new display. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate. The device investment is small, and it can quickly realize scale production. The method provides graphene micro-wafer with high quality. The dissolving efficiency of the graphite powder is improved.
