NOVELTY - Producing graphene film coated titanium alloy involves polishing surface of titanium alloy into isopropyl alcohol solution through ultrasonically, and then flushed by using super pure water and piranha solution. Titanium alloy is taken out and put into a piranha solution and then carried out hydroxylation of titanium alloy with aqueous aminosilane solution. USE - Method for producing graphene film coated titanium alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, enables to produce graphene film coated titanium alloy that has high intensity and low friction coefficient with wearing resistant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene film coated titanium alloy involves polishing surface of titanium alloy into isopropyl alcohol solution through ultrasonically, and then flushed by using super pure water and piranha solution. Titanium alloy is taken out and put into a piranha solution and then carried out hydroxylation of titanium alloy with aqueous aminosilane solution. The graphene oxide powder is treated in distilled water with ultrasonic dispersing to obtain grapheme oxide colloidal solution. The grapheme oxide colloidal solution is processed on the titanium alloy at constant temperature in a closed container having mixture of hydrogen halide acid and phosphoric acid. The container is heated to obtain a product, where the product is repeatedly flushed with deionized water until a solution pH is neutral, and then dried to obtain the desired product.
