NOVELTY - Aqueous nano-material modified high-temperature silicon coating comprises 40-55 pts. wt. aqueous silicone resin, 5-12 pts. wt. nanoparticles, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. talcum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. additives; 15-20 pts. wt. inorganic pigments, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 3-7 pts. wt. deionized water, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silver-containing composite antibacterial agent. USE - The aqueous nano-material modified high-temperature silicon coating is useful for coating a surface of an object to be protected or decorated, and can form a continuous film. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous nano-material modified high temperature silicon coating: utilizes the silver-containing composite antibacterial agent, which effectively inhibits the aqueous organic coating polluted by bacteria, avoids the phenomenon of generating corruption smell caused by fermentation, and prevents the use of the large particle impurity doped in the coating to affect the later coating; and provides the coating, which can be prepared in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing aqueous nano-material modified high-temperature silicon coating comprising (1) grinding the nanoparticles and graphene through a ball mill for 35-40 minutes, and mixing to obtain nano-hybrid particles, (2) taking the raw materials of the water-based nanomaterial modified high-temperature silicon coating on a weighing device, so that the weight of the raw materials reaches the required ratio, and (3) adding the water-based silicone resin in the raw material components into the reaction kettle, after heating up to 60-70°C, adding deionized water, talcum powder and the nano-mixed particles obtained in step S1, and stirring for 30-40 minutes, and raising the temperature to 80-90°C, adding the dispersant, leveling agent, inorganic pigment and anti-flash rust agent into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 40-50 minutes, after filtering, discharging the filtered large particle impurities, and continue to stir the paint to form a vortex state, which is convenient for the paint to be quickly discharged and loading into barrels in the later stage, and the product paint can be obtained; and a preparation device for preparing the aqueous nano-material modified high temperature silicon coating comprising reaction vessel including a kettle body, the inside of the kettle body is provided with a reaction cavity and a storage cavity, and the storage cavity is located below the reaction cavity, the reaction cavity is vertically and rotatably connected with a stirring rod, the top part of the kettle body is fixedly connected with a fixing disc by a circular ring, the top part of the kettle body is provided with a feeding hole, the bottom inner wall of the storage cavity is fixedly penetrated with a discharging pipe, the inner wall of the reaction cavity is fixedly connected with a plurality of heating sheets the top part of the kettle body is provided with a weighing component for automatically weighing the raw material; the inside of said kettle body is provided with a filter component for filtering the paint; the inside of said kettle body is provided with a discharging component for discharging the large particle impurities in the coating.
