NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic solid phase extraction agent involves preparing precursor material using sulfonated graphene as matrix, ferric chloride hexahydrate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as magnetic nanoparticles, iron-cobalt magnet (CoFe2O4), iron-cobalt magnet / sulfonated graphite prepared by one step solvothermal (CoFe2O4/sulfonated graphene), using graphene sulfonate as a template molecule, N-vinylpyrrolidone and acrylic acid as functional monomers, N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent, hydrogen peroxide-Vc as an initiator, and KH570 modification (CoFe2O4/sulfonated graphene) nanoparticles are magnetic carriers, using surface-imprinted molecular imprinting technique to prepare magnetic solid-phase extraction agents that specifically recognize, such that iron-cobalt magnet / sulfonated graphene / guanfu molecular imprint polymer designated as CoFe2O4/sulfonated graphene/GFBA-MIP. USE - Method for preparing magnetic solid phase extraction agent used for enriching acehytisine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare magnetic solid phase extraction agent has high recovery rate and sensitivity, good selectivity, improves the magnetic solid phase extraction efficiency, reduces organic reagent consumption in environment-friendly and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for enriching acehytisine which involves: (A) mixing aconite with a 10-90% ethanol aqueous solution, deoxidizing and sealing, applying electric field strength of 10-30 kv per centimeter, where the ratio of a material-liquid is 1:(5-15) and a pulse time of 30-90 second; and (B) hydrolyzing by high-voltage pulsed electric field, cooling, drying the hydrolyzed solution, reconstituting by adding water, and freezing at -20-(-60) degrees C for 2-4 hours, and then dissolving at normal temperature and filtering to obtain final product.
