NOVELTY - A LED lamp radiator has a thermal conductor and a radiator having a hollow cavity, cooling holes and side wall. A heat-dissipation coating is uniformly coated at inner wall surface of cavity. The coating contains 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium oxide and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. essential oil. USE - LED lamp radiator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The LED lamp radiator has excellent radiation effect and antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A LED lamp radiator has a thermal conductor and a radiator having a hollow cavity at rear end portion, cooling holes at front end portion, side wall having heat radiating grooves. The heat conductor and radiator are integrally formed of aluminum. A heat-dissipation coating is uniformly coated at inner wall surface of cavity. The coating comprises 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxybutadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. active mineral powder and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. essential oil. The mixed resin contains a phenolic resin and an epoxy resin in mass ratio of 2:1-3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant contains ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and graphite in mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent contains diacetone alcohol and butyl ester in mass ratio of 3:1-3:2. The active mineral powder contains germanium stone, fluorite, tourmaline and zinc spinel in weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7. The tourmaline contains magnesium tourmaline and lithium tourmaline in weight ratio of 4:3. The active mineral powder has particle size of 15 mu m or less. The heat dissipation coating is prepared by mixing the mixed resin, sodium-based montmorillonite, carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, n-pentane, nano-silica, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and graphite, stirring at 80 degrees C for 4 minutes to produce mixture (A), mixing 70-80 pts. wt. Brucea javanica, 20-25 pts. wt. Smilax, 6-8 pts. wt. fig leaves, 3-5 pts. wt. Abutilon indicum, 3-4 pts. wt. pine nuts, 10-20 pts. wt. Chrysanthemum, 3-4 pts. wt. Paulownia, 1.5-2 pts. wt. water, 3-4 pts. wt. Salvia miltiorrhiza and 5-8 pts. wt. Polygonum viviparum, placing in vacuum container at -20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, drying in a microwave dryer for 30-40 minutes, pulverizing to size of 60 mesh, extracting with supercritical carbon dioxide at 28 MPa and 45 degrees C for 2 hours, centrifuging at 17000 rpm for 25 minutes, producing volatile oil (A), mixing 15-20 pts. wt. cinnamon, 1.5-2 pts. wt. Rheum rhabarbarum, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. kaempferol, 1-3 pts. wt. mint, 3-5 pts. wt. Litsea cubeba, 3-4 pts. wt. purslane, 3-4 pts. wt. Agastache rugosa and 3-4 pts. wt. lobster, adding deionized water, stirring, boiling at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting the distillate, adding ether, drying to obtain volatile oil (B), mixing the volatile oils, adding wheat germ oil, geranium essential oil, lotus oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit oil, stirring for 45 minutes, filtering, producing traditional Chinese medicine essential oil, further mixing 3-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. diethyltoluamide, 9-15 pts. wt. butyl butyrate, 4-7 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1-2 pts. wt. isopropyl myristate, 10-15 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. sodium benzoate, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding mixture (A), cerium oxide, active mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, grinding at 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours and filtering.
