▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of cellulose/graphene composite high-strength carbon fiber aerogel plate comprises processing cellulose in concentrated sulfuric acid at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain filament, dissolving filaments in sodium hydroxide/1,4-butanedioldiglycidyl ether/water mixed solution system using tin tetrachloride as catalyst, continuously stirring, adding graphene powder until portion of solution generates wet gel, transferring wet gel and residual solution to mold, standing for 3-4 days to completely generating wet gel, repeatedly washing using deionized water, freeze-drying at - 55 to - 60 degrees C to obtain aerogel cellulose base, pre-oxidizing cellulose base plate in oxygen atmosphere in muffle furnace to obtain pre-oxidized fiber, and carbonizing in graphitizing furnace without oxygen atmosphere. USE - The method is for preparing cellulose/graphene composite high-strength carbon fiber aerogel plate. ADVANTAGE - The cellulose/graphene composite high-strength carbon fiber aerogel plate has compressive strength of more than 50 MPa, indicating that the compressive strength is quite high. The preparation method of cellulose/graphene composite high-strength carbon fiber aerogel plate is simple, the raw material source is wide, and it has good application and popularization prospect in the plate application field.
