▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of magnesium-doped silicon oxide composite negative electrode material involves (s1) weighing silicon oxide fine powder and metal magnesium powder, mixing uniformly, sintering at high temperature, and crushing the sintered material to obtain a precursor (A), (s2) dispersing a non-amorphous carbon material in a silica sol to obtain a silica sol composite material, (s3) uniformly dispersing the precursor (A) in the silica sol composite material, spray drying, sintering, and crushing to obtain a precursor (B) having a core-shell structure, and (s4) using hydrofluoric acid solution to etch the precursor (B), filtering, washing to neutral, and drying. USE - Preparation of magnesium-doped silicon oxide composite negative electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and provides negative electrode material having excellent electrical performance, stability and multi-stage volume buffer performance, which effectively alleviates the volume expansion of silicon oxide during charging and discharging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for magnesium-doped silicon oxide composite negative electrode material, which comprises an inner core and an outer shell. The inner core is a magnesium-doped silicon oxide material, and the outer shell is a non-amorphous carbon material conductive layer.
