NOVELTY - A multi-channel electronic element (101) comprises an electrolyte layer (12), channel layers (13) arranged in contact with the electrolyte layer and are spaced apart spatially, and electrodes (14) electrically connected to each of the channel layers. The channel layer has characteristics capable of absorbing and releasing ions contained in the electrolyte layer. USE - Multi-channel electronic element used in circuit e.g. digital circuit and analog circuit for measuring conductance (all claimed) such as spatial distribution conductance. ADVANTAGE - The multi-channel electronic element has simple structure, low cost and low power consumption, and is suitable for edge detection and emphasis. The image processing technique is more efficient and low in power consumption. The artificial retina chip is manufactured by combining light detection function and signal extraction function corresponding to optic nerve and ganglion cell.
