▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide polystyrene composite material comprises a pea pod-like structure, reduced graphene oxide as a pea pod shell, and cross-linked cationic polystyrene microspheres dispersed between the reduced graphene oxide layers. USE - Reduced graphene oxide polystyrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The single-layer graphene structure is realized. The problem of easy agglomeration of graphene oxide due to multiple layers is improved. The cross-linked cationic polystyrene has a spherical structure and excellent regularity, and is combined with the single-layer reduced graphene oxide. The reduced graphene oxide polystyrene composite material has excellent heat resistance, and the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 393degreesC, and the maximum instantaneous decomposition temperature reaches 431degreesC. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of reduced graphene oxide polystyrene composite material, which involves (1) dispersing graphene oxide in water, and homogenizing at high pressure to obtain suspension (A), dispersing cross-linked cationic polystyrene microspheres in absolute ethanol, and homogenizing at high pressure to obtain suspension (B), mixing the suspension (A) with the suspension (B) to obtain suspension (C), (2) adding aqueous ammonia and hydrazine hydrate to the suspension (C), reacting at 80-100degreesC for 22-26 hours, centrifuging, and drying to obtain a final product.
