NOVELTY - Solution spinning nozzle comprises a shell (1), whose upper end is fixedly connected with a filter plate (2), the middle part of the shell is fixedly connected with a mounting frame (3), whose two sides are provided by a main air channel (4) and inner part of the main air channel is fixedly connected with an air pump (5). The inner part of the shell is provided with a liquid storage tank, the lower end of the inner part of the shell is slidingly connected with a movable plate, the middle of the movable plate is fixedly connected with a spring cavity, the surface of the movable plate is fixedly connected with a resistor strip, the surface of the resistance strip is slidingly connected with a sliding rod and the lower end of the shell is fixedly connected with a liquid outlet pipe. USE - Used as solution spinning nozzle. ADVANTAGE - The spinning nozzle: is capable of uniformly extruding graphene spinning; can automatically close the supplemental air pressure when the pressure in the interior is increased; when the internal pressure is reduced, can automatically supplement the internal pressure, thus the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal; and ensures that the spinning sprayed by the liquid outlet pipe can be uniform in thickness and excellent in performance.
