▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silkworm pupa-shaped lead(II) sulfide quantum dots/graphene composite material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing graphene oxide in ethylene glycol, stirring and ultrasonic irradiating to obtain oxide graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, (ii) adding lead nitrate powder in oxidized graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, and stirring, (iii) dissolving the sodium sulfide in ethylene glycol solution, and stirring, (iv) ultrasonicating lead nitrate-graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, adding sodium sulfide-ethylene glycol solution, stirring and reacting, and (v) centrifuging, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing silkworm pupa-shaped lead(II) sulfide quantum dots/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has uniform size, good sensitive performance of the ammonia at room temperature and low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silkworm pupa-shaped lead(II) sulfide quantum dots/graphene composite material comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into ethylene glycol, uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide in ethylene glycol by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic irradiating to obtain oxide graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, (ii) adding lead nitrate powder in oxidized graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, mechanical stirring, then completely dissolving the lead nitrate powder to obtain lead nitrate-graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, (iii) completely dissolving the sodium sulfide in ethylene glycol solution, and then mechanical stirring to obtain sodium sulfide-ethylene glycol solution, (iv) ultrasonicating lead nitrate-graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, then dropwise adding the sodium sulfide-ethylene glycol solution into lead nitrate-graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, and mechanical stirring and reacting to obtain lead(II) sulfide quantum dots-graphene dispersion, and (v) centrifuging the lead(II) sulfide quantum dot-graphene dispersion obtained in step (iv), taking precipitation and then washing using alcohol and deionized water, placing in a vacuum oven and drying at room temperature to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silkworm pupa-shaped lead(II) sulfide quantum dots/graphene composite is prepared by above mentioned method.
