NOVELTY - The sensor has a detection unit provided in an internal detection space. The detection array including multiple detection subunits is placed on a side of the substrate (1) facing the interior detection space. The detection subunit is a boron nitride/graphene/boron nitride nano-film (2,3,4). A heating resistor (23,24) is symmetrically arranged on the outer periphery of the detection unit and is placed on the substrate. The internal detection space is provided with a sealed cavity for sealing the detection array. The detection subunit is connected to an external detection component. USE - Graphene sensor for measuring wind speed and wind direction. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is sandwiched between the boron nitride nano-film, thus effectively eliminating the interference factors in the surrounding environment and improving the reliability of the device. The graphene can provide instant feedback sensor temperature changes caused by the wind speed, can measure the temperature difference caused by wind forced convection on the symmetrical area of the chip and can make the device realize the real-time accurate measurement of wind speed and direction at the same time.
