NOVELTY - A film component (10) comprises a base material (1) comprising iron, aluminum, nickel, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, titanium, niobium and/or their alloys, a primer layer (2) formed on a surface of the base material, and several fluororesin coating layers (3) comprising a fluororesin and a high-purity graphene, formed on the primer layer. The high-purity graphene comprises 5 %mass or less amorphous carbon. The surface resistivity of coated product formed by coating a mixture obtained by mixing a high-purity graphene, a polyethylene terephthalate resin and a solvent in a ratio of 1:2:40, and stirring using a stirrer, is 1x 102 ( Omega )/square to 4x 102 ( Omega )/square. USE - Film component is used for forming electronic component manufacturing apparatus, precision component manufacturing apparatus, chemical reaction tank (reactor), filtration tank, stirring tank including stirring blade, storage tank, and distillation tank (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film component has improved antistatic property, durability, chemical resistance, infiltration resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, and low metal elution amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of film component, which involves removing fats and oils from the surface of the base material, roughening the surface of the base material, forming the primer layer by applying a primer on the surface of the base material and drying or baking, and forming the fluororesin coating layer by applying a coating composition comprising the fluororesin and high-purity graphene on the primer layer and baking one or more times.
