NOVELTY - The composite structure has a panel (1) and a pyramid lattice core (2). The pyramid lattice core is arranged between two panels to form a pyramid lattice sandwich panel. Graphene-enhanced PMI foam (3) is mounted in the pores of the pyramid lattice core. Graphene-enhanced PMI foam is added with a reinforcing phase graphene (4). USE - Graphene-reinforced polymethacrylimide (PMI)-pyramid sandwich composite structure for use in various fields such as safety protection, transportation, machinery manufacturing, and aerospace fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced PMI-pyramid sandwich composite structure is manufactured at low cost, and the production is easy to scale. The wide application prospects are realized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-reinforced PMI foam-pyramid sandwich composite structure.
