▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electromagnetic wave shield heat dissipation adhesive sheet comprises heat dissipation layer (10), an electromagnetic wave shielding layer (20) formed on a lower surface of the heat dissipation layer and an adhesive layer (30) formed on a lower surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer. The heat dissipation layer includes 70-85 wt.% binder resin, 12-25 wt.% thermally conductive particles, and 3-10 wt.% additive based on the total weight of a composition forming the heat dissipation layer. The binder resin includes a urethane resin or an epoxy resin. The thermally conductive particles include expanded graphite and metal particles. The expanded graphite is milled for 2-5 hours to separate graphene nanoplates (GNPs) and a mixture of graphite particles includes graphene nanoplate particles, and/or graphene particles and the expanded graphite particle diameter is 0.1-50 μ m. USE - The electromagnetic wave shield heat dissipation adhesive sheet is useful for various air conditioning parts, electrical and electronic devices e.g. semiconductor chips, chargers, and light emitting diodes (LED), batteries, fuel cells, printed circuit board (PCB) substrates, displays or personal computer boards and wireless chargers requiring heat dissipation and electromagnetic wave shielding. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic wave shield heat dissipation adhesive sheet: improves the efficiency and performance of electronic components; improves product life; improves adhesion between graphite particles; is easy-to-use, flexible and can be applicable for flat displays or personal computer boards; produces standardized mass products; is convenient to use; lowers the temperature of a heating part by attaching various sizes (areas) and shapes to various substrates; and has excellent heat dissipation performance and electromagnetic wave shielding effect.
