NOVELTY - Preparing trenchless construction reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene gas pipe, comprises (i) introducing block copolymer polypropylene, graphene black masterbatch, polyethylene resin and polyethylene graft resin into a extruder separately, extruding to the inner part of the mold by a screw, preliminary cooling by a sizing cooling jacket, introducing it into a spray box for further cooling and shaping to form gas pipe, and cutting the gas pipe by a cutting machine to form multi-section gas pipe body, (ii) fixing the multi-section gas pipe body inside a reforming device, sequentially filling the outer surface of the gas pipe body through the reforming device to strengthen the wear resistance of the gas pipe body to obtain a wear-resistant polyethylene gas pipe, and (iii) spraying the above-mentioned wear-resistant polypropylene gas pipe on the surface through the inkjet printer, and finally collecting it and transporting it to a warehouse for storage. USE - The method is useful for preparing trenchless construction reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene gas pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method: prolongs service life of the polyethylene gas pipe; increases the pressure of the polyethylene gas pipe bears; and improve the practicability of the the polyethylene gas pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for trenchless construction reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene gas pipe comprising a gas pipe main body and a supporting net located on the outer surface of the gas pipe main body, the outer surface of the gas pipe main body is fixedly connected with a wrapping layer, the peripheral surface of the wrapping layer is fixedly connected with a glass fiber layer, the inner part of the glass fiber layer is fixedly connected with a supporting rib, the outer surface of the wrapping layer is fixedly connected with a wear-resistant layer, the raw material of the wear-resistant layer is block copolymerized polypropylene and graphene black master batch, the raw material of the gas pipe main body is polyethylene resin and graphene black master batch, and the raw material of the wrapping layer is polyethylene graft resin.
