NOVELTY - Preparing graphene capacitor comprises e.g. mixing pyridine and formic acid in a volume ratio of 1:1-1:5 to obtain a mixed solvent, dispersing graphite oxide in mixed solvent to obtain a mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing mixed solution for 30-40 minutes, adding 0.2-0.5 ml methyl silicone oil under atmospheric pressure, refluxing reaction until black material is no longer precipitated, isolating product and purifying to obtain pretreatment graphene, coating pretreated graphene on a substrate, carrying out laser reduction of a substrate provided with pretreatment graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The capacitor has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene capacitor comprises (i) mixing pyridine and formic acid in a volume ratio of 1:1-1:5 to obtain a mixed solvent, (ii) dispersing graphite oxide in mixed solvent to obtain a mixed solution, where amount of graphite oxide and mixed solvent is 5-7 mg/ml, (iii) ultrasonic dispersing mixed solution for 30-40 minutes, (iv) adding 0.2-0.5 ml methyl silicone oil under atmospheric pressure, refluxing reaction until black material is no longer precipitated, (v) isolating product and purifying to obtain pretreatment graphene, (vi) coating pretreated graphene on a substrate, (vii) carrying out laser reduction of a substrate provided with pretreatment graphene to obtain graphene finished product, (viii) processing graphene finished product into a graphene electrode and connecting graphene electrode to collector, and (xi) encapsulating graphene electrode and pouring electrolyte solution to obtain graphene capacitance.
