▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing 8 g of titanium dioxide nano-particle and 0.004-0.8 g of oxidation graphene into a 1OO ml dispersing beaker. 3.2 g of polyethylene glycol and 40 ml of water are added and agitated in a glass rod for 5 to 10 min. The mixture is uniformly mixed. A beaker is stirred for 10-14 hours by using a magnetic stirrer. The stirred mixed solution is added with 8 ml of Triton and agitated in the glass rod for 5-10 min. An annealing is performed in a thin film at air atmosphere so as to obtain a titanium dioxide/graphene doped solar energy working electrode.
