NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite material involves adding graphene into a solvent, ultrasonically processing, and mixing to form 0.5-2 mg/ml graphene suspension, adding carbon nanotube with acid into the graphene suspension, then ultrasonic processing to form precursor solution, where the mass ratio of graphene and carbon nanotube is 1:1-5:1, placing the precursor solution in a reactor, sealing, heating at temperature of 240-400 degrees C and pressure of 5-25 MPa for 10-60 minutes, and then removing the pressure to form graphene/carbon nanotube composite material. USE - For preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has more uniform dispersion mix of graphene/carbon nanotube composite material. The graphene is broken between the layers through Van der waals force, such that the graphene is not easy to agglomerate, thus the carbon nanotube and graphene dispersed evenly to form mixed composite material.
