NOVELTY - A high-strength plastic flooring comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 24-38 pts. wt. polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 15-20 pts. wt. dioctyl isophthalate, 10-15 pts. wt. ultrafine alumina, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 17-29 pts. wt. polyaryletherether nitrile, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oleate, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium oleate, 5-7 pts. wt. palm wax, 18-26 pts. wt. quartz powder, 10-15 pts. wt. chloromethyl methoxy fatty acid methyl ester and 10-15 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. USE - High-strength plastic flooring. ADVANTAGE - The plastic flooring has excellent mechanical strength including tensile strength and flexural strength due to the addition of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and graphite aerogel, wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is lightweight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength plastic flooring, which involves adding polyvinyl chloride resin, polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, polyaryletherether nitrile, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, dioctyl isophthalate and dibasic lead phosphate to a high-speed mixer, mixing at 70-80 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, adding zinc oleate, magnesium oleate, graphene aerogel, ultrafine alumina, quartz powder, chloromethoxy fatty acid methyl ester and other raw materials, stirring at 100-110 degrees C for 4-75 minutes, transferring the contents to a cooling mixer, stirring at 45-50 degrees C, adding the mixture to a plasticizing machine, thinning 8-9 times, processing the plasticized sheet in three-roll calendering machine, maintaining temperature of three rolls (a)-(c) at 180-195 degrees C, 190-210 degrees C and 185-200 degrees C, respectively, controlling speed ratio of the roller (b) to the roller (a) at 1.05-1.11, controlling the speed ratio of the roller (b) to the roller (c) at 1.02-1.06, trimming, cooling to room temperature and inspecting.
