NOVELTY - A natural resin-modified corrosion-resistant nano-ceramic coating comprises 60-70 pts. wt. resin, 18-30 pts. wt. active diluent, 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyl ester, 0.5 pt. wt. inorganic bentonite, 5-7 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 5-8 pts. wt. glass phosphorus sheet, 2-7 pts. wt. mica powder, 2-9 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 1-2 pts. wt. iron black, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. anti-sagging agent, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. antifoaming agent and 2-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Natural resin modified corrosion-resistant nano-ceramic coating for industrial device, water tanker, oil tanker, and equipment and pipelines used during brewing and manufacture of drinking water and pharmaceuticals. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, impact resistance, antistatic property and self-cleaning property.
