▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous conductive ink comprises 25-60 wt.% aqueous resin, 5-20 wt.% conductive filler, 30-45 wt.% water, and 1-10 wt.% aqueous additive. The aqueous resin is a mixture of an aqueous anionic polyurethane having a weight average molecular weight of 1000000-9000000 and a water-soluble acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 100000-900000. USE - Aqueous conductive ink is used for producing flexible heating cloth (claimed), preferably smart-wear flexible heating cloth. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous conductive ink has low resistance, excellent rubbing resistance and water resistance, and can be applied even to a rigid electric heating film and flexible substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) preparation of the aqueous conductive ink, which involves mixing the conductive filler, water-soluble acrylic resin, and aqueous additive with a portion of water, grinding and/or ultrasonically processing to obtain a dispersed suspension, mixing the dispersed suspension, the aqueous anionic polyurethane and the remaining portion of water, adding a grinding medium for stirring, and filtering; and (ii) preparation of the flexible heating cloth, which involves applying the aqueous conductive ink on a base material cloth, drying, screen-printing a nano-silver paste on the cloth, drying at 100-120degrees Celsius for 5-15 minutes to obtain a conductive silver paste electrode, and fixing a copper foil on the conductive silver paste electrode.
