An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxidized graphene modified automotive sheet spring coating comprising: (A) mixing dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and water at 60-65 degrees C for 4-10 minutes, adding ethanolamine, and stirring at room temperature to obtain alcohol amine solution; (B) taking p-methoxyphenol, heating at 30-35 degrees C, stirring for 10-13 minutes, adding phosphorus pentoxide, heating to 70-75 degrees C, stirring for 100-120 minutes, heating at 87-90 degrees C for 2.7-3 hours, and cooling to obtain hydroxyl phosphate; (C) mixing tetrabutyl bromide, p-methoxyphenol and acrylic acid to obtain acrylic acid dispersion; (D) heating epoxy resin E-51 at 100-110 degrees C, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate and zinc stearate, stirring, adding acrylic acid dispersion, stirring for 3-4 hours, discharging, and cooling to obtain acrylate monomer; (E) mixing zirconium carbonate and deionized water, adding dialkyl phenol, stirring at 70-75 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding sulfuric acid solution, adjusting pH to 1-2, insulating for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene oxide, stirring to obtain modified graphene dispersion liquid; (F) mixing calcium propionate, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and deionized water to obtain emulsion; and (G) mixing sodium bicarbonate and deionized water at 70-75 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate, heating at 80-85 degrees C, adding prepared materials, mixing for 50-60 minutes, cooling to 60-65 degrees C, adding remaining raw materials, insulating for 30-40 minutes, adjusting pH to 6-7, and grinding to less than or equal to 50 mu m.
