NOVELTY - The screen has a substrate layer (1), a metal film layer (2) and a graphene film layer (3) that are overlapped with each other. A surface of a visible area is formed with the substrate layer. The metal film layer and the graphene film layer are provided in a graphite surface etching circuit. The metal film layer is composed of copper film, nickel film, titanium film, molybdenum aluminum molybdenum film, aluminum film and gold film. A solid adhesive layer (5) is coated with OCA optical glue material. USE - Flexible graphene touching screen. ADVANTAGE - The metal layer is placed between the graphene film layer and the substrate layer so as to avoid cracking function. The screen realizes flexibity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible graphene touching screen manufacturing method.
