NOVELTY - A gas filter has a graphene self-supporting layer made of graphene material. The graphene material comprises graphene and/or functionalized graphene. The functionalized graphene includes aminated graphene, carboxylated graphene, cyano graphene, nitro graphene, borate-based graphene, phosphoric acid-based graphene, hydroxylated graphene, mercapto graphene, methylated graphene, allylated graphene, trifluoromethylated graphene, dodecylated graphene, octadecylated graphene, graphene oxide, fluorinated graphene, brominated graphene, chlorinated graphene or graphene iodide. USE - Gas filter used in air filter system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gas filter has enhances pollutants removing effect, and effectively prevents secondary pollution.
