NOVELTY - Large area non-destructive transfer of graphene film comprises e.g. (i) roll bonding graphene surface of graphene-grown copper foil with temporary substrate to obtain copper foil in which graphene is grown by roll pressing, (ii) roll bonding graphene surface of graphene-grown copper foil (iii) etching obtained composite of copper foil-graphene-temporary substrate to obtain composite of graphene-temporary substrate, and (iv) contacting composite of graphene-temporary substrate with target substrate to be transferred, performing roller bonding, and then removing temporary substrate. USE - The method is useful for large area non-destructive transfer of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables transfer of resulting composite to be free from cracks, tear and residual residue phenomenon, and composite has good structural integrity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Large area non-destructive transfer of graphene film comprises (i) roll bonding graphene surface of the graphene-grown copper foil with temporary substrate, and removing temporary substrate to obtain copper foil in which graphene is grown by roll pressing, (ii) roll bonding graphene surface of the graphene-grown copper foil, flattening with temporary substrate to obtain composite of copper foil-graphene-temporary substrate, (iii) etching composite of the copper foil-graphene-temporary substrate to remove copper foil to obtain composite of graphene-temporary substrate, and (iv) contacting composite of graphene-temporary substrate with target substrate to be transferred on graphene surface, performing roller bonding, and then removing temporary substrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite graphene-target substrate obtained by above method.
