NOVELTY - Preparing micro-solid phase extraction adsorbent comprises (i) dispersing the graphene oxide in methanol containing sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, dissolving 2-methyl imidazole in methanol and mixing with former, stirring for 2 hours at 35 degrees C under water bath heating, centrifuging, collecting precipitate and drying to obtain graphene oxide/zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 (GO/ZIF-67); and (ii) dispersing GO/ZIF-67 obtained in step (i) in ethanol solvent, adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate, adjusting the pH to 10, performing ion etching to the ZIF-67, then stirring the mixed solution for 1 hour under the water bath heating at 85 degrees C until the purple color disappears, centrifuging and collecting the precipitate and drying to obtain the product GO/cobalt nickel-layered double hydroxide (CoNi-LDH). USE - The micro-solid phase extraction adsorbent is useful for detecting smell substance in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can prepares adsorbent, which can enriches and extracts peculiar smell substances in water by means of dispersive solid phase extraction, which improves the sensitivity of analysis and detection, thus the smell components that cannot be detected by gas chromatography can be enriched after the collection is extracted, and is clearly detected by the GC, which improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection of odorous substances in the water; and has good reusability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for micro-solid phase extraction adsorbent graphene oxide/cobalt nickel-layered double hydroxide for the detection of odorous substances in water, is prepared by the above method.
