NOVELTY - Preparing low-temperature resistant, stretch-resistant and anticorrosive coating, comprises (i) dispersing 2 g graphite oxide uniformly in deionized water by ultrasonically for 30-120 minutes to obtain a single-layer or multi-layer graphene oxide aqueous solution, dissolving 1-10 mmol polyetheramine with different average molecular weight in 80 ml dimethylformamide, adding 80 mg sodium hydroxide solid and 100 ml 0.01-1 wt.% graphene oxide aqueous solution, refluxing and washing with dimethylformamide, (ii) distributing reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine filler in acetone through ultrasonic and mechanical stirring, adding black dispersion to acrylic resin emulsion, and mechanically stirring to obtain reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine/acrylic resin anticorrosive coating, adding quartz powder, film-forming aids and the low-temperature resistant reagent hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene, and mixing ultrasonically. USE - The method is useful for preparing low-temperature resistant, stretch-resistant and anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the problem of easy fracture of graphene oxide, and evenly disperses the reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine nanofiller and 600 mesh quartz powder in the acrylic resin emulsion, and improves the tensile strength of the anticorrosive coating stretching ability and low temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing low-temperature resistant, stretch-resistant and anticorrosive coating, comprises (i) dispersing 2 g graphite oxide uniformly in deionized water by ultrasonically for 30-120 minutes to obtain a single-layer or multi-layer graphene oxide aqueous solution, dissolving 1-10 mmol polyetheramine with different average molecular weight in 80 ml dimethylformamide, adding 80 mg sodium hydroxide solid and 100 ml 0.01-1 wt.% graphene oxide aqueous solution, under the protection of nitrogen, refluxing the mixture at 100 degrees C, stirring and reacting, cooling to room temperature, passing the mixture through a 0.22 mu m filter membrane, and washing with dimethylformamide to remove impurities to form reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine filler, (ii) distributing the reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine filler prepared in step (i) evenly in 10 ml of 13.5 mol/l acetone through ultrasonic and mechanical stirring, and forming by stirring uniform black dispersion, adding the black dispersion to 100 ml of acrylic resin emulsion, and mechanically stirring to obtain reduced graphene oxide/polyetheramine/acrylic resin anticorrosive coating, adding quartz powder of different meshes and different qualities, and distributing the quartz powder evenly in the anticorrosive paint through ultrasonic and mechanical stirring, adding the film-forming aids and the low-temperature resistant reagent hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene in the specified proportions, and mixing ultrasonically to prepare tensile and anticorrosive coatings with different filler doping amounts.
