NOVELTY - A graphene catalytic plate comprises a micro-porous, high area ratio plate-shaped structure. A main structure of the catalytic plate is made of metal oxide and graphene through pulping, foam shaping, and sintering. A metal catalyst is coated on a surface of the catalytic plate, and a heating wire is provided. USE - Graphene catalytic plate for efficiently purifying automobile exhaust gas. ADVANTAGE - The graphene catalytic plate quickly promotes the reduction of nitrogen oxides and ammonia into nitrogen gas and water under the catalysis of metal oxides, and improves the automobile exhaust gas treatment efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene catalytic plate, which involves (1) mixing graphene and water according to volume ratio of 1:3, heating at 100 degrees C, and mechanically stirring at uniform speed for 30 minutes to obtain dispersion liquid, (2) adding polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution with concentration of 30% to the dispersion liquid in step (1), where the volume of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is 1/2-2/3 of the volume of dispersion prepared in step (1), and uniformly mixing and stirring, (3) adding the refined metal oxide to the liquid obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring to obtain metal oxide, graphene and polyvinyl alcohol mixed slurry, (4) adding titanium hydride to the mixed slurry prepared in step (3), where the content of titanium hydride is 0.01-0.05 %mass of the content of slurry, and continuously stirring the slurry until the components are completely uniform, (5) placing the completely mixed slurry into a mold, drying and shaping, and sintering at high temperature for 1.5-2 hours to obtain porous graphene plate blank, and (6) coating metal catalyst powder on a surface of the sintered blank, and arranging the heating wire.
