NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene composite material contains 60-100 pts. wt. oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene, 5-20 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber, 1-5 pts. wt. butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-10 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-12 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-3.5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 3-12 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone. USE - Oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene composite material has excellent strength, heat resistance, flame retardance and thermal stability.
