NOVELTY - The method involves introducing industrial waste gas from a lower portion of a dust removing and purification reactor into a filtration reactor. A lower portion of casing (4) is provided with a tangential air inlet (1). An anode assembly is set at the inner side of the casing. The cathode assembly is set at casing. An outer ash hopper (2) is fixed at the bottom of the casing. An inner layer ash hopper (3) is fixed on the bottom of the cathode assembly. A first filter cloth is fixed at inner side of dust collecting electrode. A second filter cloth is fixed at outer side of cathode. Ultra-fine particulate matter capable of penetrating the filter cloth in the smoke is removed under the action of the sponge metal fiber in the cathode. Macromolecular pollutants in the flue gas are completely cracked and catalyzed, and the paste bag material is prevented from sticking to the reaction components. The purification of fine particles is realized. The purified gas is obtained, after purifying. ADVANTAGE - The method organically combines the electroluminescent material with photocatalytic electrocatalysis and dielectric barrier discharge, realizing efficient deep purification of the difficult degradable pollutant in the complex flue gas. The method removes the adhesive paste bag from the source, while prolonging the service life of the reactor. The method can realize efficient removal of superfine particulate matter in the flue-gas, removing rate is more than 99.9% . The method not only can realize the uniform load of the luminescent and photo-catalytic material, but also can adjust the function of the gas using sponge metal fiber. The method ensures the electric filter cloth for a long time in the best state and avoids oscillation dust damage and particulate matter airflow generated by the pulse airflow dust cleaning.
