NOVELTY - Preparation of diamond-like carbon film involves forming graphene single layer on a substrate by low pressure chemical vapor deposition, separating single layer graphene, further depositing two graphene layers and carrying out hydrogen plasma treatment. USE - Preparation of diamond-like carbon film for manufacturing molded article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The diamond-like carbon film having excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical characteristics is formed.
