▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Forming nanopore comprises: (a) disposing a membrane (101) between a first electrolyte solution and a second electrolyte solution; (b) bringing a first electrode into contact with the first electrolyte solution and a second electrode into contact with the second electrolyte solution; and (c) applying a first voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode to form a nanopore in the membrane. The first electrolyte solution or the second electrolyte solution contains a first substance that is an organic substance physically adsorbed or chemically adsorbed to the membrane to form a molecular layer. USE - Method for forming nanopore. ADVANTAGE - The nanopore can be coated in simple manner, can be easily coated simultaneously with the opening of the nanopore, in a short time. The method exhibits high adsorption suppression effect even to the positively charged object to be measured (protein). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for measuring nanopore, which comprises: performing the nanopore forming method and replacing at least one of the first electrolyte solution or the second electrolyte solution by a measurement solution containing an object to be measured after formation of the nanopore.
