NOVELTY - Preparing solvent-free nano fluid filled epoxy resin based self-lubricating composite material involves stirring and mixing epoxy resin and solvent-free nano fluid for 15 minutes, adding curing agent after epoxy resin and solvent-free nano fluid are mixed uniformly, and continuously stirring and mixing for 10 minutes to obtain mixed solution, pouring mixed solution into mold, and curing at low temperature to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing solvent-free nano fluid filled epoxy resin based self-lubricating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to overcome agglomeration problem of nano particles, and enhances bearing capacity and lubricating property.
