▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polymer composite material comprises (a) mixing the graphene and polymer composite compatibilizer in mass ratio of 100:1-1:1, heating, stirring, and ultrasonically oscillating to make graphene form uniform dispersion in the compatibilizer to obtain high-concentration masterbatch, (b) mixing the masterbatch with the thermoplastic polymer at a mass ratio of 1:1000 to 1:1, extruding and pelletizing to form a high thermal conductivity composite masterbatch, and (c) adding the high thermal conductivity composite material masterbatch into the polymer base material in a ratio of 1:1000-1:1 to form a mixed system, heating, extruding and hot pressing, where the graphene has a radial dimension of 10 nm-1 mm and a thickness of 0.34 nm-1 mm. The graphene is redox graphene, ball mill exfoliated graphene, expanded exfoliated graphene, liquid phase dissociated graphene, N-doped graphene and three-dimensional graphene. USE - The composite material is useful in the field of heat conduction, heat exchange and heat dissipation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for industrial production, economical and environmentally-friendly.
