NOVELTY - A high heat-resistant anticorrosive paint comprises 15-35 pts. wt. substrate mixture, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. modified talc, 8-16 pts. wt. modified wollastonite powder, 10-15 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-8 pts. wt. polyamide fiber, 12-24 pts. wt. nano-aluminum powder, 7-12 pts. wt. nano-titanium nitride, 5-8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 5-10 pts. wt. coloring pigment. USE - High heat-resistant anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has small pollution, high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and ensures strength and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high heat-resistant anticorrosive paint comprising dispersing monomer containing unsaturated double bond and emulsifier in absolute ethanol, uniformly stirring, adding initiator to stir to completely dissolve, putting system in water bath at 70-80 degrees C for refluxing and reacting for 30-40 minutes, dropping vinyltriethoxysilane at speed of 0.3-0.8 drop/second, continuously reacting for 4 hours at constant temperature to obtain modified aqueous acrylic resin, mixing modified aqueous acrylic resin and epoxy resin at ratio of 1:1-3, preparing substrate mixture, mixing each raw material, using variable frequency dispersion machine to stir for 3-4 hours at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute (rpm), and applying ultrasonic vibration with vibration frequency of 20-50 KHz in stirring process.
