NOVELTY - The invention claims a flexible light emitting device, which is composed of a plurality of micron-sized LED element array formed on the substrate, and the metal back plate as the cathode, graphene layer as the transparent conductive layer and the anode, so as to reduce the production cost, simplify the production process; and due to the flexibility of graphene, it can form a flexible light emitting device.
