NOVELTY - A graphene resin composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 20-40 pts. wt. natural flaky graphene having a graphene content of 80% or more, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.5-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-10 pts. wt. chopped glass fiber, 0.5-1 pt. wt. curing agent, 5-20 pts. wt. engineering plastic, 1-8 pts. wt. release agent, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Graphene resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene resin composite material has light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and forming effect, and is processed easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene resin composite material, which involves (i) beating unsaturated polyester resin, (ii) adding curing agent, dispersant, release agent, coupling agent, engineering plastic, and antioxidant to the slurry at room temperature, uniformly mixing, (iii) adding chopped glass fiber, uniformly mixing, (iv) adding natural flaky graphite, uniformly mixing, and (v) sealing under natural conditions.
