NOVELTY - Use of graphene oxide polysulfonic acid betaine complex in polymerase chain reaction is claimed. USE - The graphene oxide polysulfonic acid betaine complex is useful as polymerase chain reaction specific enhancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide polysulfonic acid betaine complex improves specificity of reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polymerase chain reaction comprising (i) performing thermal denaturation, annealing and extension to complete semi-retained DNA replication, where polymerase chain reaction system comprises graphene oxide polysulfonic acid betaine complex and (ii) repeating thermal denaturation, annealing and extension to complete the polymerase chain reaction.
