NOVELTY - High-strength wear-resistant corrugated paper box packaging material, is claimed. The preparation of the material comprises (i) taking fiber composite, and amino cellulose, dispersing in sodium hydroxide solution under ice water bath condition, uniformly stirring, mixing, adding urea solution, stirring, centrifuging and taking supernatant to obtain amino cellulose solution, adding amino cellulose solution into paper pulp for solution, blending, mixing uniformly, slowly adding ethanol solution, diluting, allowing to stand overnight, solid-liquid separating, soaking and washing with de-ionized water to obtain composite pulp; (ii) removing water, dehydrating the composite pulp using the pulp distributor to respectively out the pulp distribution to dehydrated pulp; (iii) primary drying; (iv) pressing; (v) spraying reinforcing glue on top and bottom of the corrugated paper; (vi) secondary drying; (vii) combining bonding paper and corrugated paper. USE - Used as high-strength wear-resistant corrugated paper box packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves strength and wear resistance of product, and improves the mechanical strength of the corrugated paper box by adding graphene.
