NOVELTY - Material alloy cutter comprises a base material layer and a carburized layer, where carburized layer is arranged on the surface of base material layer, and a titanium-aluminumsilicon-nitrogen composite coating of graphene doping is deposited outside the carburized layer, and where base material layer comprises 70-80 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 5-8 pts. wt. titanium carbide, 3-5 pts. wt. carbide niobium, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt., silicon carbide whiskers, 4-6 pts. wt. cobalt, 1-3 pts. wt. nickel, 1-3 pts. wt. iron and 3-5 pts. wt. yttrium. USE - Used as material alloy cutter. ADVANTAGE - The alloy cutter base material layer of hard of tungsten carbide, titanium carbide and niobium carbide is composite adhesive phase, and has excellent hardness and high temperature bending resistance. The coating cutter has excellent interface bonding capability between the coating and the coating, and excellent mechanical property under high temperature.
