▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing reinforced plastic pipe by (i) treating inorganic nanoporous microspheres with emulsifier to make surface positively charged, and adding to graphene dispersion to mix, (ii) ejecting the negative high-pressure pretreated nanofibers from electrospinning nozzle to obtain negatively charged nanofibers and dispersing in graphene dispersion, taking the self-assembly by the heterogeneous charge adsorption between nanofibers and inorganic nanoporous microspheres, depositing and attaching graphene to the surface of inorganic nanoporous microspheres to prepare inorganic nanoporous microspheres/nanofibers/graphene composite materials, (iii) washing and drying, and (iv) mixing the dried composite material with polypropylene, ethylene/octene copolymer, surface-modified calcium carbonate and zinc stearate in a high-speed mixer, and transferring the twin-screw extrusion, blending in the machine and extruding into plastic pipes. USE - Method for preparing plastic pipes reinforced. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, convenient to operation, and is high in production efficiency, mechanical properties and broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene-reinforced plastic pipe prepared using the above-mentioned method.
