▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rubber tube comprises a composite layer, an inner rubber layer arranged inside the composite layer and an outer rubber layer arranged outside the composite layer, where the composite layer comprises a medium rubber layer and a metal weaving layer. The middle rubber layer is compounded on the inner rubber layer, the metal weaving layer is compounded in the middle rubber layer, and the outer rubber layer is compounded on the metal weaving layer. USE - The rubber tube is useful for underground hydraulic transmission. ADVANTAGE - The rubber tube has good pulling strength, and elongation at break and corrosion resistance. The method provides reliable guarantee for the long-term and stable operation of the mine hydraulic transmission system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of rubber tube for underground hydraulic transmission, comprising (1) adding Neoprene (Polychloroprene), thermoplastic styrene elastomer, polylactic acid, simethicone, kaolin, talc, sulfur, stearic acid, and graphene into a banbury mixer, adding calcium-zinc stabilizer, butyl benzyl phthalate, and vulcanization accelerator, continuously mixing, and removing glue to obtain inner rubber material, (2) dropping ethylene propylene diene rubber, grafted polyvinyl chloride, white carbon black, antioxidant, and dispersant into banburying in the banbury mixer, adding binder, butyl benzyl phthalate, zinc oxide, sulfur, and vulcanization accelerator, continuously mixing, and discharging rubber to obtain the outer rubber material, (3) sequentially extruding the inner rubber material to obtain an inner rubber layer, extruding and forming a middle rubber layer on the inner rubber layer, weaving steel wires in the middle rubber layer to obtain metal weaving layer, extruding the outer rubber material on the metal weaving layer to form an outer rubber layer to obtain semifinished product, and (4) vulcanizing and cooling the semifinished product to obtain rubber tube for underground hydraulic transmission.
