▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene comprises (i) using high-voltage electricity to generate a pulse current to pass through the carbon source, so that the carbon source reaches a temperature above 3000 K within 100 ms in the plasma to obtain graphene, and (ii) fluorinating the graphene for 5-10 minutes at 200-450℃ under the mixed gas environment of fluorine gas and inert gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluorinated graphene in preparing graphene fluoride/boron nitride nanosheet/aramid nanofiber composite film, and in electrostatic shielding and electrode material in energy storage battery, conductive agent, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare fluorinated graphite that has high yield, stable technology, high efficiency, low cost and high quality, and has high thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, high conductive heat conducting performance of the fluorination graphite and has simple technique preparation. The carbon source with carbon content greater than 90% is distributed in layered overlapped shape by the graphene Flash(RTM: Computer multimedia application)-burning preparation, easy to be peeling and convenient to purify, and it can improve the tensile strength of the composite material, and the low carbon source has high carbon content can greatly improve the economic benefit for production.
