▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cuprous oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite functional material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, dissolving copper salt and glucose in deionized water to obtain copper salt-glucose mixed solution, dissolving alkali in deionized water to obtain alkali solution, dropping copper salt-glucose mixed solution into graphene oxide dispersion liquid, dropping alkali solution, standing, heating, reacting for 20-30 minutes, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol and drying at room temperature. USE - Method for preparing cuprous oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite functional material (claimed) used as graphene-based hybridized functional material. ADVANTAGE - The method has short production time, small energy consumption, easy-to-obtain raw materials, simple operation, mild reaction condition and no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cuprous oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite functional material is prepared by: (A) weighing graphene oxide and ultrasonically dispersing in water for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid with concentration of 0.008-0.012 g/mL; (B) weighing copper salt and glucose at mol ratio of 1:0.5-0.8 and dissolving in deionized water to obtain copper salt-glucose mixed solution having copper concentration of 0.4-0.62 mol/L and glucose concentration of 0.2-0.48 mol/L; (C) dissolving alkali in deionized water to obtain alkali solution with concentration of 0.8-1.8 mol/L; (D) dropping copper salt-glucose mixed solution into graphene oxide dispersion liquid at volume ratio of 1:1 and standing for 25-35 minutes; (E) dropping alkali solution at volume ratio of 1:1 and standing for 20-30 minutes; (F) heating at speed of 8-10 degrees C/minute and reacting for 20-30 minutes; and (G) centrifuging, washing with deionized water 3-5 times, washing with anhydrous ethanol 1-3 times and drying at room temperature.
