NOVELTY - Preparation of high-strength flame-retardant black rock wool includes crushing and mixing basalt, dolomite, slag and coke, and melting at 1450-1550 degrees C to obtain melt; spinning centrifugally melt into fibrous black rock wool at 200-250 m/minute, and spraying phenolic resin with mass concentration of 5% on surface of fibrous black rock wool, such that spraying amount is 10-15% of total weight of melt, and superimposing fibrous black rock wool to form a multi-layer folded structure felt; and pleating and pressing felt with multi-layer folded structure, adding basic magnesium sulfate and graphene to pleated felt, pressurizing and sending to curing furnace. USE - The method is for preparation of high-strength flame-retardant black rock wool. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength flame-retardant black rock wool has improved tensile strength, improved mechanical property, high combustion performance level and low heat conductivity coefficient, and can satisfy the quality requirement of the rock wool product GB25975-2010 for external heat preservation of building external wall. Moreover, it is more beneficial for keeping warm and fire-proof requirements of the house. Additionally, the process for preparing high-strength flame-retardant black rock wool has simple flow, convenient operation, easy large-scale production, and stable quality.
