NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing rock wool by using reduction-agent graphene comprises (i) taking basalt rock debris as raw material, natural gas as fuel, and graphene as reduction agent which can reduce iron element in the basalt, transporting basalt rock debris to raw material base, adding graphene, automatically weighing and conveying to a distribution hopper, blending into natural gas melting furnace, melting the raw material, flowing the melt out from the discharging port of the side face of the lower part of smelting furnace, and forming fiber; (ii) flowing the high temperature melt into centrifuge, pulling into a fiber, and blowing the fiber to the cotton collecting machine, uniformly applying the surface to the fiber; (iii) forming the uniform cotton felt in the form of multi-layer folding structure; (iv) forming a continuous plate felt; (v) processing sheet felt into products; and (vi) checking the product, conveying the qualified product to a storehouse to store, and selling. USE - Method for manufacturing rock wool by using reduction-agent graphene used in rock wool production technology field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reduces iron element in the basalt, increases the combustion heat of the coke, improves the product quality, reduces the consumption of coke and the emission of the waste gas, and also meets the current national requirement of reducing carbon emission.
