▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - This invention provides a production method and device for a composite of graphene and styrene monomer. The production method comprises the steps: mixing a plurality of graphite fragments with a liquid of the styrene monomer to form a mixed liquid of the graphite fragments and the styrene monomer; and carrying out strong ultrasonic irradiation on the mixed liquid of the graphite fragments and the styrene monomer, carrying out inlaying and intercalation operations on the graphite fragments by the styrene monomer, and forming interlayer separation of the graphite fragments to generate an emulsified suspension containing a few of layers of graphene and a single layer of graphene to further obtain an emulsified raw material of the mixed liquid of the composite of graphene and the styrene monomer in a first form. Therefore, a novel implementation and mass production method for the composite of graphene and styrene monomer can be provided, so that the composite of graphene and styrene monomer is used as an initial raw material for polymerization of graphene and styrene and is further polymerized to have a novel mass production implementation, and the extremely high economic benefit for production is achieved.
