NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene comprises taking linear chain resin polymer as solute and polar or non-polar liquid as solvent, mixing at 25-150 degrees C and 100-3000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 1-10 hours; adding nickel powder, stirring at 100-500 rpm, molding, drying at 25-150 degrees C for 1-48 hours, and volatilizing liquid solvent; vacuumizing, filling inert gas of argon or nitrogen, reacting at 800-1000 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, and cooling to room temperature; and adding into acidic solution, dissolving at 25-80 degrees C for 12-48 hours, removing nickel framework, cleaning, and drying. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene (claimed) used in electronic devices and biological nanomaterials. ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient, fast, and controllable to produce different shapes, three-dimensional graphene. The graphene has good aperture, porosity and conductivity.
