NOVELTY - Electro-catalysis photo-catalysis composite sewage treatment device comprises a reaction cavity (1), a first reflecting layer (2) attached to the inner wall of the reaction chamber. Multiple reflecting plates (3) are set in parallel, which are set in the reaction cavity, and set between the first reflecting layer. Multiple photoelectric catalytic electrodes (15) are set on the two reflecting plates and between the reflecting plate and the first reflecting layer. The photoelectric catalytic electrode comprises a graphene photo-catalytic net, an organic glass substrate, a titanium metal net (6) loaded with nanometre titanium oxide and a light lamp. The photoelectric catalytic electrode is electrically connected with the power supply device, the power supply device is set at the opening of the reaction cavity, the reaction cavity is further provided with a water inlet (8) and a water outlet (9). USE - Electro-catalysis photo-catalysis composite sewage treatment device used for industrial waste water treatment.
